By accessing or using FindLeadsFast ("the Service") at www.findleadfast.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FindLeadsFast is a SaaS platform that aggregates publicly available business information and provides opportunity scoring to help agencies and freelancers identify local business prospects. Contact information revealed through our platform is sourced from public sources.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused credits.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) to contacts found through the platform
- Violate any applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CCPA
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data in bulk
- Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our systems
- Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the opportunity scoring algorithm, UI design, and compiled lead data — are owned by FindLeadsFast and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any business data. Contact information may be outdated or incorrect. We are not responsible for the results of any outreach conducted using data from the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindLeadsFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
